ok so at class tonight(where WERE U?) we sparred and i REALLY wanted to have ome nice stres relife BUT no i had to yteach a lower belt how tp sparr, ewitch suaked cauz im not very good at it and im a HORRIBLE teacher so i had to work with the lower belt ALL class and i couldn't even fight a good round
god i am pathetic
anyway i still need to study for spanish
